this business. - Your first spending on taking up this business will be the visiting charge.
- First visit the running farm. After seeing the running farm with your own
eyes - if you think and believe that - you can just replicate/Xerox the
practicable and replicable technology practiced by the farmers, then you
decide to take up the project. - Until then please do not waste your time and our time.
- Enquiry / Prospect / New Customer should visit Mr. Subba Reddy & Brothers farm at Kaiwara.
- Kaiwara is located on Bangalore – Kaiwara - Chintamani - Madanapalli – Cuddapah high way.
- Kaiwara is 75 kms from Bangalore city.13 km before Chintamani while going from Bangalore.
- From Bangalore Majestic Kempe Gowda bus terminus for every 10 minutes buses are available.
- Bangalore – Chintamani, Bangalore – Madanapalli, Bangalore – Cuddapah buses go to Kaiwara cross.
- You should get down at Kaiwara cross.
- Local autos are always available at Kaiwara cross to go to Kaiwara village.

- Prospect should make arrangements for visit on their own.
- You can carry your digital cameras, video cameras, to film what ever you see in the farm.
- You must reach the farm by 8.30 am in the morning.
- All the stockman ship work, day to day works related to sheep farming begins by 8.30 am and ends by 11am.
- Near by with in 1 km, temple ashram chouwltries are available, which you can book with the help of Mr. Subba Reddy.
- With in 15km at Chikkballapur small lodges are available.
- Good luxury accommodation is available at Bangalore city which is 75 kms away from Kaiwara.
- After the prospect/enquiry makes up his/her/their mind that they can replicate/ Xerox the same zero grazing sheep farming business in one’s proposed area; then prospect should come to Universal Silage Company office for Registration.
- The formalities process as follows.
- Registration fee -Rs.1000.
- Team member of the company will visit your site.
- On mutual understanding "Site Visit" date will be fixed (please refer quotation).
- Charges for site visit will be Rs.3000/- per 1 calendar day. Transport and boarding costs extra ( please refer quotation)
- Out station sites journey time more than one calendar day - site visit charges will be @Rs.3000 /1calendar day; for no of calendar days - from Hyderabad up and down.
- Train/Bus/which ever convenient mutually.
- Company team member will record the existing available resources of your farm.
- A standard questionnaire - format of the company has to be filled /answered on paper by the customer. You have to project your - farm size proposal. That is - Ex. 100 sheep project? 200 sheep project? 300 sheep project etc.,
- This will be kept for the records of the company. This will help the company to assess the potential of your site and for doing project work.
- Basing on the "farm visit", the "site visit report" and "your project proposal" - PCSC - Project Consultancy Service Contract -will be given to you.
- PCSC - is Tailor made for you.
- You have to understand all the points in it.
- You should take help of your team members to understand it, if you are unable to understand on your own.
- You discuss the points with the company after taking orientation on the points where you need more clarity.
- QUOTATION - latest; which will be valid for short period - will be given to you.
- PCSC in other words a MOU - Memorandum of Understanding between you and the company will have to be signed after paying Project Consultancy fees.
- Project work consists of Micro, Macro Planning, Implementation,and M & E.
